We returned from a trip to Colombia in August 2019 after traveling extensively throughout the country to do research in order to custom design this itinerary. We inspected numerous properties for quality, location and experience. Colombia for many years was off the tourist map. We’re so thankful of the opportunity to travel there. This destination spoke to us and exceeded so many of our expectations. The cleanliness throughout the country, the excellent and flavourful food, the smiles of its people, the safety and security which was for many years lacking. It is remarkable how much and how quickly this country has transformed itself in the last decade. *While we are in Cartagena we will be using the Sofitel Santa Clara Hotel for 4 memorable nights!
