Pyr Fuengirola Apartments (Costa Del Sol) – 22 Night Stay
Stay in the charming coastal town of Fuengirola, only 30 kms south of Malaga. The ideal location of the apartments offers you all the desirable facilities for a complete and relaxing vacation on the Costa Del Sol. Situated in the heart of the Paseo Marítimo (beach promenade) and in front of the Marina, which is one of the widest and most extensive beaches on the Costa del Sol. There are lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and all kinds of shops in the vicinity.
Below are the two available room categories – 1 Bedroom Apartments are on a first come, first served basis (as of March 15th 1 Bedroom Apartments are now sold out. You can still register and book a studio and put yourself down to waitlist for a 1 Bedroom. If the space clears and you’re next up on the list you will be moved to a 1 Bedroom.)
Studio – Dimensions: 40 m² (430 sq ft)
Standard studio offers our customers all the comforts with 2 single beds, a sofa bed, centralized air-conditioning and heating (start and end of season), a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Maximum capacity: 3 people.
One Bedroom – Dimensions: 52 m² (667 sq ft) – Sold Out as of March 15th
This spacious apartment has one bedroom with two single beds, a separate living room with one or two sofa beds, centralized air-conditioning and heating (start and end of season), fully equipped kitchen and complete private bathroom. Maximum capacity: 4 people.

*Arrival and Departure Transfers are only included on the regular arrival (November 1st) and departure dates (November 30th). Arrival and Departure transfers are included when booking pre and post nights with Trip Merchant.
Terms and Conditions:
$500 per person deposit | If you cancel prior to May 1st, 2024, then $250 per person is refunded and the remaining $250 per person becomes a Future Travel Credit to be used on any Trip Merchant Journeys (TMJ) or Trip Merchant Long Stay Group Departure up to 2 years beyond original date of travel. Deposit becomes non-refundable and cannot be converted to a Future Travel Credit after May 1st, 2024.
Final Balance: September 1st, 2024 (100% non-refundable after final payment)

November 1, 2024 – Arrival into Barcelona
Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s Catalonia region, is known for its art and architecture.
Welcome to Spain! You will be met at the airport by your guide and will be transferred directly to your hotel in Barcelona. We will be having one group transfer from the airport to the hotel. If you would like to handle your own airfare we will advise at a later date what air schedule to book based on our group air block schedule. If wanting to add any additional pre-nights and you book these with Trip Merchant you will have an included arrival transfer.

November 2, 2024 – Leisure Day in Barcelona
Barcelona is home to 9 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. They are Parc Güell, Palau Güell, Casa Milà (aka La Pedrera), Casa Vicens (the first building he designed), La Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló and the Cryst of the Church at Colonia Güell (which is located on the southern side of Barcelona's Llobregat river.
Park Güell is a sprawling wonderland of colorful mosaics and nature-inspired architecture. It's famous for being one of architect Antoni Gaudí's greatest creations. The park is full of whimsical sculptures and stunning examples of Catalan modernism.

November 3, 2024 – Half day City Tour of Barcelona & Welcome dinner
Today we will enjoy a half day sight-seeing tour with your guide that will include the main sites of Barcelona as well as a guided tour inside of La Sagrada Familia.
La Sagrada Família, is the most famous church in Barcelona. It is the largest unfinished Catholic church in the world.
Afternoon at Leisure. This evening we will have an included welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

November 4, 2024 – Coach Transfer to Valencia
Check out and transfer to Valencia, (approx 350 km distance).
Above is a picture of "Paella" which is a rice dish originally from Valencia in Spain. Paella is regarded as one of the community's identifying symbols. It is one of the best-known dishes in Spanish cuisine. We recommend that this evening you find a local restaurant serving Paella so that you may taste it in the city in which this dish originated.

November 5, 2024 – Transfer to Granada
Today our coach will transfer us to Granada (approx. 480 km distance).
Granada is a city in southern Spain’s Andalusia region, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It's known for grand examples of medieval architecture dating to the Moorish occupation, especially the Alhambra. This sprawling hilltop fortress complex encompasses royal palaces, serene patios, and reflecting pools from the Nasrid dynasty, as well as the fountains and orchards of the Generalife gardens.

November 6, 2024 – Alhambra Palace & Generalife visit
Meet your guide and transfer to Alhambra Palace for an included guided tour.
The Alhambra is a palace and fortress complex located in Granada, Andalusia, Spain. It is one of the most famous monuments of Islamic architecture and one of the best-preserved palaces of the historic Islamic world, in addition to containing notable examples of Spanish Renaissance architecture.

November 7, 2024 – Transfer Granada – Costa del Sol
Transfer to Fuengirola (approx. 150 km distance). Fuengirola is a nice coastal town that is just south of the city Málaga (only 30km to the city centre).

November 7-29, 2024 - Fuengirola - Costa Del Sol
Fuengirola, in ancient times known as Suel and then Suhayl, is a city on the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. It is located on the central coast of the province and integrated into the region of the Costa del Sol and the Commonwealth of Municipalities of the Costa del Sol Occidental. With more than 8 km (5 miles) of beaches and a medieval Moorish fortress. In common with much of this coast, it has been the subject of considerable urban development. The area has a subtropical Mediterranean climate, with annual average temperatures of 18 °C (65 °F) and average summer temperatures of over 30 °C (86 °F).

November 29, 2024 – Málaga – Barcelona (Train)
After checking out of our property we will be transferred by motorcoach with our guide to the Málaga train station (25min drive). We will then board a high speed train to Barcelona that will take a little over 6 hours.
** Please note luggage allowance is 1 large suitcase, 1 hand luggage, max 25kg all together. There is not a designed luggage coach so luggage capacity is the existing in each coach and we cannot guarantee luggage space.
Upon arrival at the Barcelona train station we will be transferred with our guide to our hotel.
This evening enjoy an included farewell dinner!

Today after breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home!
Departure transfers are only included for those that are departing today. The group transfer time will be based on the group air schedule. If staying extra nights on your own there is no transfer included to the airport. Or you may choose to go on our Optional Post Extension to Palma de Mallorca (details and itinerary will be coming soon)
