Day 2 – Sunday, November 23rd – Leisure Day Evening Dinner Culture Show
In the morning, enjoy an included buffet Breakfast at the hotel.
This evening we will depart for our Sunset Cruise & Dinner Show.
Start the tour with a calm water sunset cruise down the Tuva River. After a big “Bula” welcome onto the island, you will be welcome can join in the sing along by the beach bonfire while capturing the last moments of the setting sun. During the time on the island, you will learn about many of Fiji’s cultural rituals including the unearthing of the “lovo” earth oven and a fire walking demonstration. After an included dinner, you will be entertained with a historical pacific culture dance show featuring Fiji’s best fire & knife dancers. The show culminates in a heart stopping acrobatic fire display by the ocean. A truly captivating experience that is not to be missed!

Sabre offers a full day sailing experience on the brand new 78-foot sailing catamaran, Sabre is the first and only of its kind in the southern hemisphere and provides a full day experience like no other. This full day sailing experience will cruise through the Mamanuca Islands with the day’s itinerary depending on the warm tropical breezes and sea conditions, creating a unique experience every day. SKYFEAST: Create your own culinary tour of the world, feasting on more than 30 international dishes, including seafood and desserts, while you take a 360-degree revolving tour of Sydney 82 floors below. Make your own way back to the hotel after dinner.

8:00 AM: Enjoy a half day city tour by motorcoach, including Central City, the Business District of Sydney, Chinatown, Darling Harbour, "The Rocks" area (the Birthplace of Sydney) (if time and traffic permits). Travel via Kings Cross, the Red Light District of Sydney before arriving at Bondi Beach - Sydney's most famous Beach.
We will stop at "Macquarie's Chair" for a great photo stop with the best view of the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House.
12:00 PM: Stop at Circular Quay for a Harbour View Lunch Cruise. Enjoy a two-course à la carte menu, as you do a 90 minute cruise of Sydney Harbour onboard our air-conditioned super-cruiser Sydney 2000.

7:45 AM: Today you will depart on a Full Day Rainforest Touring Experience. Drive through Port Douglas, Flagstaff Hill and Marine. Enjoy a short stop to look at the spectacular coastline from the much-loved tropical village of Port Douglas.
9:30 AM: Ultimate Wildlife Experience Cruise: Immerse yourself deep into the rainforest by taking a trip on our world-renowned wildlife experience cruise. During your 60 – 90 minute journey, you will slowly glide along the Daintree River while one of our local guides shares their knowledge about the unique tropical ecosystem. Along the way, you will also have the chance to see native wildlife such as Estuarine Crocodiles in their natural habitat.
12:00 PM: Enjoy a Tropical Lunch at Heritage Lodge.
Stop for a beach walk at Thornton Beach. With white sand fringed by giant palm trees, it’s a photographer's dream. Photo stop at Alexandra Lookout. This lookout provides excellent views across the Coral Sea. It is a perfect example of two world Heritage areas side by side, where "rainforest meets the reef".
4:30 PM: Visit the Mossman Gorge Centre -Self guided walk: Embark on your own adventure through the World Heritage Daintree Rainforest. Soak up the wonders of the national park at your own pace as you navigate walking tracks and trails, including the popular Gorge Circuit. Be sure to visit our Mayi Café prior to your walk to pick up some grab and go snacks so you can take a break on your walk to catch your breath, relax and appreciate the wonders of your surroundings. 8:30 AM: Today you will take the Skyrail to Kuranda. A 7.5-kilometre scenic tourist cableway running above the Barron Gorge National Park, in the Wet Tropics of Queensland’s World Heritage Area in Australia.
10:30 AM: Walk to Butterfly Sanctuary.
10:45 AM: Shuttle to Rainforest Station -Pamagirri Dream Time Walk (approx 30 minutes).
12:00 PM: Then take part in an "Army Ducks Tour" to experience the tropical rainforest from a totally unique perspective aboard an amphibious World War II DUKW, colloquially known as Duck.
13:45 PM: Afternoon at Leisure in Kuranda. Free time to have lunch (at own expense).
3:30 PM: Take an included Scenic Train to Freshwater Station.

Friday, November 7, 2025: Darwin - Kakadu National Park
Depart Cairns, Fly into Darwin.
Darwin is the capital of Australia's Northern Territory and a former frontier outpost. It's also a gateway to massive Kakadu National Park. Its popular waterfront area has several beaches and green areas like Bicentennial Park. Also near the water is the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, displaying Southeast Asian and Pacific art, plus a pearling lugger and other seafaring vessels.

9:30 AM: Private Barossa Valley wine tour: Located 60km northeast of Adelaide you can find the Barossa Valley, one of the best wine regions in Australia since 1842. It was settled by a group of German families and still has got a European touch with its farmhouses, cottages and churches.
10:45 AM: Stop at the Herbig Tree. The Herbig Family Tree is a large, hollow red gum tree at located on Angaston Road at Springton. It is estimated to be up to 500 years old with a diameter of seven metres at its base and a height of 24 metres. The tree was the first Australian home of 27 year old Friedrich Herbig who arrived in South Australia in 1855. In 1858 he married 18 year old Caroline Rattey and took her to live in the tree home. The first two of their 16 children were born there. In 1860 he built a two roomed pine and pug hut nearby, and as his family increased, built a stone cottage adjacent to the hut. Today the Herbig Family Tree represents a graphic link to both indigenous and early European settlement of the area.

Peruse the diverse array of boutiques, antique stores, and art and craft shops scattered throughout the town. Port Fairy is the Great Ocean Road’s beautiful bluestone town that has been frozen in time. With more than 50 buildings classified by the National Trust and many fine examples of 1800s architecture Port Fairy is the perfect holiday spot for history buffs. Free time in Port Fairy.
